Business Development Executive
Responsible for generating new business and upselling the existing Digital Marketing Services (SEO/SMM/PPC), Web Development and App Development, Metaverse and Influencer Marketing is looking for Business Development Executives
Major responsibilities & deliverables:- Interaction with the Brands using various media like E-mailing, Instant Messages, etc as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. -Lead Generation
- Selling experience of Digital Marketing Services (SEO/SMM/PPC), Web Development and App Development, Metaverse and Influencer Marketing
- Responsible for making marketing strategies and implementing the same.
- Generate requirement from new and existing clients through cold calling, resellers and converting email marketing leads.
- Research and build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Strong Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.
- Managing the entire sales cycle (Lead Generation, Credential Pitch, Customer Acquisition, Account Management/Post Sales Services etc.) for the relevant technology services and solution
- Assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
- Develop the new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the agency goals and revenue targets.
- Create pitch decks as per brief with the help of the solutions team
- Lead the response to brief and pitching; lead and support the pitch teams.
- Develop strategies with fresh initiatives to meet the agency revenue goal.

Responsible for generating new Leads and also Managing the data in excel, and Google Sheets.
Major responsibilities & deliverables:- Have to Generate Leads by cold callings, Emails, tools, etc.

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service.

- Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Graphic Designer
Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client’s objectives.
Major responsibilities & deliverables:- Coordinating with clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
- Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
- Working with a wide range of media
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, creating & modify fonts according to brand guidelines keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs
- Well-versed with Illustrator, Photoshop Adobe Premier Pro / Adobe After Effect

Creative strategy, ideas, and innovative execution, with the creative teams and projects assigned to you. As a Copywriter, we’ll expect you to work in tandem with Design and Servicing departments on projects, campaigns, and pitches.
Major responsibilities & deliverables:- Understanding the brief and creating digital strategies that align and support clients’ digital plans.
- Lead brainstorming / creative sessions to generate ideas
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Ownership/commitment towards the creative output, brand, and organization
- To be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of small, mid and large size thematic and tactical campaigns, across 360-platforms: social, digital, etc.
- Working with junior copywriters and be an anchor in providing direction and executing daily brand work and campaigns

Responsible for creating a Digital Media strategy and execution that includes all Digital touch points. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making decisions. Develop a Strategy by choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client’s objectives.
Major responsibilities & deliverables:- Designing Digital Media Strategy that includes all Digital touch points (Bought, Owned and Earned). Framing media investment strategies for clients toward the accomplishment of their short-term and long-term goals
- Building a Creative Media Plan by selecting the right channels, formats, and placements for the Client campaign within the client’s budget. Making media plans in response to the latest audience figures be it on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Google, etc.
- Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy.
- Monitor Digital Media Planning trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings.
- Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records
- Have in-depth knowledge of the quality audience for all Clients
